Rawlins County self-guided car tour. A complete audio-visual experience! An audio tape has been produced that you simply insert into your car tape player (cassettes players available upon request), set your odometer at "0" and listen to your guide as he escorts you around the county and explains such sites as the last remaining sod house in the county and how it was built, the Leavenworth and Pikes Peak Express and Station 17, the first homestead, the last Indian Raid, the Texas Trail to Ogallala, Neb., the Midland, Dallas, Shuck's Cemetery, and more. Tapes can be picked up at the library at 5th and Main, the grocery store, and the Museum.
